These terms are written to be read. They do not restrict any rights you have under UK consumer law. Where the law gives you greater protection, the law takes priority.

1. About these terms

About these terms apply when you use the RollaPETor website, reserve a place in a Founders’ Batch or buy a product from us. “RollaPETor”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. Our contact email is office@rollapetor.co.uk.

The legal name, registered address and company registration details of the contracting business will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation before public sales open.

2. Founders’ Batch reservation

A £200 deposit reserves one unit at the Founders’ promotional product price, subject to availability. The Founders’ price is intended for the first 1,000 units. A reservation is not complete until Stripe confirms payment and we issue confirmation.

RollaPETor remains in development. We will provide material updates and the information reasonably needed to decide whether to continue before requesting the final payment.

3. Pricing and payment

Standard product price£695
Founders’ product price£595 for eligible reservations
Deposit£200 paid securely through Stripe
Remaining product balance£395 for a deposit reservation
DeliveryNot included. Calculated for the confirmed address and displayed before final payment.

All charges are shown in pounds sterling. We will not add optional charges without your express agreement. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and do not pass through our server.

4. Production and delivery

Any development, production or delivery date shown before final confirmation is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Before final payment, we will show the delivery service, delivery charge and the best available delivery estimate for your address.

Once a binding order has been accepted, we will deliver within the period agreed with you. If a material delay occurs, we will explain the options available, including cancellation where required by law.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may ask us to cancel a reservation before dispatch by contacting us with your reservation reference. For an online purchase, your statutory right to cancel generally continues for 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

Products must be returned with reasonable care. We may reduce a refund where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product. Faulty, misdescribed or unfit products remain covered by your statutory rights.

6. Product information and responsible use

Images may show development prototypes. Final specifications, dimensions, supported user and pet guidance, instructions, warranty terms and verified standards will be confirmed before final payment. Please follow the supplied instructions and safety guidance.

Website and intellectual property

Website content, designs, text, product imagery and the RollaPETor name may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You may print or save these terms for your records.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable where you live in the United Kingdom. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.

7. Questions or complaints

Email office@rollapetor.co.uk. Include your name, reservation reference and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge and handle complaints fairly.
