We collect only the information needed to answer enquiries, manage reservations, take payments, arrange delivery, meet legal duties and send optional updates where permitted.

1. Who controls your information

RollaPETor is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Contact us at office@rollapetor.co.uk. The contracting entity’s registered details will be published before public sales open.

2. Information we collect

  • Identity and contact details, including name, email address and phone number.
  • Delivery details, including address, town or city and postcode.
  • Reservation and transaction records, such as option chosen, amounts paid, Stripe references and refund history.
  • Messages, support requests, preferences and marketing consent records.
  • Technical and security information needed to operate the website, protect accounts and diagnose failures.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe processes card information on its hosted payment pages.

3. Why we use information

Reservations and ordersTo take steps at your request and perform our contract with you.
Customer serviceTo answer questions and manage complaints based on contract performance and legitimate interests.
Payments, refunds and fraud preventionTo perform the contract, protect our service and meet legal obligations.
Product updatesWith consent, or where another lawful electronic-marketing rule applies. Every marketing email offers an unsubscribe route.
Records and complianceTo meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and legal obligations.

4. Who receives information

We share information only where needed with service providers acting for us, including Stripe for payments, hosting and security providers, email-delivery providers, professional advisers, and delivery partners when fulfilment begins. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. Order, payment and accounting records may need to be retained for up to six years after the relevant transaction. Uncompleted reservation data is reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent, plus a minimal suppression record so we can respect an opt-out.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your information. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.

Email a request to office@rollapetor.co.uk. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
