Accessibility is part of the product experience. We design for keyboard use, readable contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful structure and reduced-motion preferences.

1. Our commitment

We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice and to make reasonable adjustments for people who need information or support in a different format. This is an evolving product website and we review accessibility as features change.

2. What the website supports

  • Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • A skip link to bypass repeated navigation.
  • Responsive layouts designed for zoom and smaller screens.
  • Semantic headings, labels and status messages.
  • Alternative text for meaningful product imagery.
  • Reduced animation when the browser requests reduced motion.

3. Known limitations

Some development imagery contains detailed product annotations that may be difficult to read when enlarged or on narrow screens. Where practical, equivalent information is also provided in page text. Third-party Stripe Checkout is operated by Stripe and follows its own accessibility standards.

We are continuing to test the reservation flow, interactive galleries, expandable answers and administrative tools with keyboard and screen-reader use in mind.

4. Feedback and alternative formats

If you cannot access information or complete a task, email office@rollapetor.co.uk. Tell us the page, the problem, the device or assistive technology if relevant, and the format you need. We will respond and look for a practical alternative.
